About The Role:
Retreat Guru is looking for a Sr. Account Executive to join our growth team. Reporting directly to the Sales Team Lead, you will be connecting with retreat centers and leaders around the world to help solve the unique operational needs of running a retreat center. The position is a blend of inbound and outbound sales. Ideal for an AE looking for a long-term sustainable SaaS sales position that can handle outbound, inbound and large pipeline volume. Your role as an AE will be to nurture and close deals from prospect to close. An intimate knowledge of the software will be key to creating unique solutions for the customer to help with their operational challenges.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate has previous experience in the SaaS, and can clearly and confidently communicate complex feature sets and tailor the value proposition to each prospective customer. A consultative sales approach is key as prospects find themselves in a transformative space in improving their operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about the retreat and transformational experiential space. The candidate must be comfortable out-bounding and maintaining a large sales pipeline.
