What You'll Do

Talent & Growth

• Lead recruitment across both organizations, from sourcing to onboarding
• Create hiring processes that attract mission-aligned candidates
• Design onboarding experiences that set new team members up for success

People Experience

• Build and maintain HR policies that support our remote-first culture
• Handle employee relations with empathy and professionalism
• Manage benefits administration and ensure compliance with BC employment law
