Retreat Guru is the parent company for The Synthesis Institute. We are looking for a full time self-directed and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper with excellent communication skills to join our dynamic finance team. Reporting directly to our Director of Finance, your role will include managing accounts payable, maintaining an accurate general ledger and preparing financial reports, with full charge bookkeeping responsibilities for both companies. Our parent company is based in Canada and The Synthesis Institute is based in the US.
The ideal candidate has at least five years of full cycle bookkeeping experience and a bookkeeping diploma or certificate. With a general knowledge of accounting principles they also love working with a like-minded team that is passionate about transparency and personal growth.
